These valuable benefits are designed to give you extra protection in addition to your medical coverage.
How It Works
You pay the full cost of these coverages on an after-tax basis.
Each offers a lump-sum cash payment to be used toward expenses such as:
- Medical expenses
- Transportation expenses to appointments
- Debt repayment for loans or credit cards
- Childcare or caregiver costs
- Even groceries, utilities, and rent!
In addition, you can receive a health screening benefit of $50 per enrollee for critical illness coverage and $75 per enrollee for accident insurance coverage.

Critical illness insurance protects against the financial costs related to a serious illness or medical condition. Rates are based on age tiers and desired amount of coverage.
