ENROLL IN BENEFITS

New Users:

1. Log in to the UKG portal.
2. Register with company access code: HMGUS
3. Enter username: firstnamelastname@HNMH
4. Type your legal first and last name as listed on SuccessFactors without any spaces.
5. Your initial password is your date of birth in mmddyyyy format.
6. You’ll be prompted to create a new password.
7. Select three challenge questions and input your answers.
8. From the Main Menu under the Myself tab (person icon), scroll down to Benefits>Manage My Benefits>Get Started.
